Dividend Policy and Distribution

Dividend Policy

 

The dividend distribution policy of the Company is to achieve the goal of sustainable development. Based on the Company Act and the Articles of Association of the Company as the guidelines, the Board of Directors shall adopt a stable proposal of distribution of profits for shareholders’ dividends after comprehensively considering the Company’s financial structure, operating conditions, accumulated earnings, related reserve requirements, etc., which proposal will be submitted to the annual general meeting for resolution and distribution.
